I found a convection oven, it is huge and it has a light inside and the pan inside revolves around when you turn it on. I am overjoyed to have it and i've found that when it put the dail on 40 it warms up nicely.
Has anyone else ever used one?
I paid $20.00 for it and we put it on a tv stand in the kitchen.

Congratulations! That is amazing and what a price. Some convection ovens do go that low - you're lucky you found one. You can actaully put it up to 45 and still be below the temperature recommended by most raw food authors.
Enjoy!

:) I am a little concerned that it is a convection oven/microwave though.
It has two settings, the top one is for the convection oven the bottom one is for the microwave oven. I hope it's okay to use it as long as i don't click on the bottom one.
It is very large and i can put large pizzas in there and loads of cookies and the price was right.
Take care Sheryl.

Sounds like if you keep it on ceonvection you're fine... never heard of them being combined before! I still think it's an amazing deal!
Happy dehydrating!

:) I'm excited and can't wait to use it today. I have to clean it real good, even though it looks almost new inside and out. It also came with a large round tray that turns when you turn it on.
My husband told me to call the Sharp company and see if i can get any information about their combination ovens.
Talk with you later and will tell you how the raw brownies turn out.

:p Their information on that model doesn't go back that far but they did say that i didn't have to worry about any radiation from the microwave part, not cross over.
I did find out that i can order the book for that model for $15.00 and i may do that soon.
Thanks again for the help.
