I konw we chalk amost everything we feel up to detox, which is most likely is! I've read, and i can't remember where, that if you fast for long enough that old surgery sites, where you broke a bone, ect. may begin to hurt while it's finally being healed. Do you think the same would apply to tendonitus? I had it really bad in 5/6th grade during gymnastics. I was on crutches for a few weeks from it (on the outside of my left foot). It hasn't hurt for YEARS and suddenly this past week it started hurting and is progressively getting a little worse each day. Is this just an annoyance or a detox of some sort do you think?

Ohhhh yeahhhh. I've had pains that could not even be called re-tracing come up which took months to be relieved. Recently had severe pain in my upper torso which I felt to be in my lymph. Took weeks before that eased. Getting up out of bed was torture.
Many years ago had sharp pains in all my joints. Started in my ankles so I couldn't hardly walked; worked up into my knees, elbows, wrists. My hands would go to sleep when I was working which was really scary (I'm a bodyworker). That went on for weeks in the lower extremities ~ and months in the elbows/wrists. It all finally went away. btw ~ I've not taken drugs since 1980 (and only bc pills before then) so, I just allowed my body to do it's thing.

I think mine is retracing, possibly...hopefully! I know off and on my surgical scars on my abdomen start to feel like bruises and pains under the skin. After my last surgery I had a stitch that stayed in me for 6+ months. It was under the skin and didn't bother me. Then I went raw and a month later it began to hurt and raise up more. Then I took a bath and that night I looked down and it was gone! I didn't feel it and the rest of my scar was released as well. Maybe it's not from raw, but I'd like to think so lol.
