I have left over garbanzo bean sprouts from making hummus. I don't have anything to do with them, so I put them in the dehydrator with some salt, cumin, and chili powder. Has anyone successfully tried this before? I'm wondering if they'll get crunchy?

I have never tried it, but I'm thinking that they might end up totally dried again like they were before being soaked....unless you don't dehydrate them for a long time. Maybe if you put a little bit of oil on them or something...but then they wouldn't get crunchy, just warm or something.
let us know how it turns out :)
