does a person usually yield with one apple and a bunch of greens? Is it not very much at all or can i expect leftovers? I haven't started juicing yet, just need some ideas, etc. THanks for all your help!

Depending on the size of an apple, you can yield anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 cup. A bunch of greens??? NOt much! ;)
