Hi,
I'm trying to figure out what nuts and seeds are already typically cooked and processed in a normal supermaket store.
I know that cashews found in probably the average store is already heated. What about almonds (with brown skins still on) and brazil nuts? And what is the difference between Whole Walnuts and Walnut Halves/Pieces? Are Walnut Halves/Pieces been heated generally? Also luckily I have a big food supermaket that sells macadamias, but I'm not sure if they are raw? They are just big round white balls - are they supposed to be shelled?
Are all seeds still RAW?
