Cauliflower leaves

We have some cauliflower leaves from our garden. They look a lot like collards and I want to eat them. Are they okay?

I've juiced them before, but I've never eaten them.

HI Veganman,

Cauliflower leaves are delicious, and most certainly edible! They make a nice addition to our repertoire of greens, I think. I don't waste anything from the cauliflower, I eat the florets, the stem, and the leaves. Same thing with broccoli.
