Raw in Miami

Hello,

My name is Jen Rose. I'm 26 years old. I'm half Venezuelan. I was born in Florida. I was vegetarian for 6 years then went back on the SAD for 2 years and now I've been Raw for a month. Currently I'm on my 6th day of a juice fast and I'm feeling pretty terrific. I've lost 10lbs since going raw and my digestive system is very please by this new change.

I'm a singer/songwriter/engineer/producer. My husband and I make up an Electronic/Dance duo called UngerRose. We are about to release our first album together on itunes and our website. We are not signed to a label yet but we're shopping the demo to all promising prospects. We try to write uplifting and inspirational dance music. I love reading and learning new things. I consider my self a very spiritual and conscious person. I am always willing to make sacrifices for growth. I also enjoy gardening, yoga, and spending time at the beach.

Hi Jen,

I saw your message on the website and wanted to write to you. Congratulations on your decision to become raw! I am trying to transition over to raw but don't always find that it's easy. I am married with three children and fortunately my husband is very supportive of my decision to go raw and is open to trying things that I make. The kids, however, aren't as open to it. I'm hoping that some of my good influence will rub off on them.

I loved your websites by the way. You can tell that you lead a very joyful life and that is very inspiring. I live up in Jacksonville, FL, and really like it here a lot. I was born in Miami and when I was very small my family and I moved up to Massachusetts, they were originally from there. I like Florida a lot better than Massachusetts!

I would love to get to know you. I am so hoping that I can transition over to raw at some point soon. I find it hard to go all the way though as I am battling a coffee habit. I am going to take Alissa's five-day certification course in September up in Kittery, Maine. I have spoken with numerous people who have taken her course and they have all said that it was a life changing experience and that they are all 100% raw now. I'm hoping the same will happen for me.
