Here's a thought...just running it by anyone who might know if this is totally out in left field:
I have read that eating cooked food provokes an immune response by the body to assemble leukocytes or some sort of white blood cell reaction to the cooked food...this is true yes?
Now, I recently had my blood tested for everything just to see how I was doing with raw and the results were fantastic! The only thing my doctor said that was different or atypical was that my WBC (white blood cell) count was rather low...I checked and it is 2.9...down from 3.7 when I was cooked vegan.
My question is: Do you think that my WBC is lower because my body hasn't been exposed to nearly as much cooked food in the past 14 months? I'd love some thoughts because it might therefore not be a bad thing to have one's WBC a little low? If the body doesn't have to "defend" itself agains cooked food etc wouldn't it seem plausible to have a lower count?
Thanks for any input/interpretations you might have!
Have a rawsome evening,
Heather
