A while ago I posted a question about Alissa's crepes - I made a whole recipe (I added some lemon juice to the crepe mixture when I made it, and some raspberries to the strawberry stuff - and I think I made extra of the sauce, too), then there was no one around to even try it. Since they got mushy in the fridge, I finally decided to first whip up the whole thing in my food processor, and then freeze in a plastic ziplock bag.
I finally decided to resurrect the mixture last night. Put the frozen mass in the food processor once again, and added some cocoa powder (know it's not raw, but it's what I have right now). I whipped that baby up with nothing else, until it was smooth and looked JUST like beautiful, soft ice cream.
Man, was it GOOD. Incredible. I could not believe I was eating something that was so GOOD for me - it tasted absolutely decadent!!! :D :D :D :D
