I have been raw vegan for decent time now, and was beginning to feel a little run down. I have a difficult time digesting nuts and seeds so I was following Dr. Grahams 80/10/10 diet which is heavy on fruit and was feeling alright, but the energy just was not there. Recently, I have been eating between 4-5 raw egg yolks and truly feel like my energy is coming back and my system is regulating. I am beginning to think that Dr. Grahams diet was just not for me. I tried it, but having that extra fat and all those vitamins helps me sustain my energy through the day.
I know that this is a vegan website, but what are your thoughts on the raw eggs? They make me feel so much better. I gave the diet awhile to see if I would adjust to the new dietary intake, but it just was not working. Just looking for some thoughts.. Thanks alot
