Hi everyone
I would be very interested in whether anyone here practices EFT
with regard to going and staying raw? It is supposed to be great for emotional cravings for food - so I would suspect it would be very helpful.
Has anyone tried it that can comment?

And not electronic funds transfers. I do those. Don't really know anything about the other thing other than the link I provided.

I haven't found it helpful with the cravings directly, but I have found it helpful with the emotional issues that drive the cravings, if that makes sense.

Yes, I use it with myself and my coaching clients to clear emotional issues. It's remarkably effective. I use and teach this and other energy medicine modalities, chakra clearing etc. THese do help with the emotions that tend to drive compulsive eating.
EFT is very simple and easy to use on onesself and even for others. It uses tapping with the fingertips on the same energy meridians that are used in accupuncture to allow blocked energy to move and flow more easily. Great stuff IMO.
www.emofree.com for more info
or www.mercola.com for a free handbook on how to practice eft
or http://everydayjoy.com/energy_balancing.html for explanations of eft, etc and directions for doing the Temporal Tap, a short easy technique.

Wow, that sounds very interesting. I've always practiced chakra healing/cleansing/balancing and energy work and other stuff in that vein. I'll have to read up on this.
