I went to a raw foods cafe in Bangkok this past weekend. Okay, I went 3 days in a row. I ate yummy foods and made a new friend. Oh, yeah, I got the detox massage package too! :p
Sorry to digress...
I bought Nori Jerky. It was AMAZING.
This snack contains CARROTS, ONION, GARLIC, CAYENNE, and A TOUCH OF SEASME wrapped in nori and dehydrated.
If you have a dehydrator you should make these. I doubt they used the whole nori wrap for one. They are about the circumference of your pinky finger.
Let me live vicariously through all you dehydrator owners. :cool:
