Since the cocoa in these bars are processed with alkali, they aren't raw, correct?

Chocolate can not be raw, what makes chocolate is the fermentation process then the roasting of the beans, otherwise it doesn't have the flavor of chocolate, like coffee, it must be roasted to have the flavor.

YET, I do have to say that while transitioning to raw I did allow anything that was over 70% cacoa in my diet. Now I only eat raw cacoa nibs and powder (which gives my body an instant rush of energy).

I buy cacoa online and the bag reads "RAW" across it. It is the nibs. RP are you saying that it isn't raw? Please clarify. Thanks

Cacao is raw. There is raw chocolate spoken about on all the raw sites including this one & it's being sold on all the raw food sites.

But the chocolate in the bars is processed.
