Master Cleanse

New to the site and raw foods. I keep reading in a lot of threads about the master cleanse. Where on this site do I find out about it? Is it in Allissa's book? I've ordered it, but hasn't arrived yet.
Any info will be appreciated.

I thought I would add to Cherie's suggestion, in addition to checking out our MC threads here, you could look at the MC board on curezone.com. They list the ingredients, basically the whole book written by Stanely Burroughs is available there.
