Cleansing the Colon advice needed

Hello friends.

You have been so helpful, so I thought I'd ask for some more help!

I am determined now to clean my colon. But I have read sooooo many conflicting posts about the best way to accomplish this:

Colonics? Cleanses? Just eating raw?

I will read all posts and links that you forward me. I just hate getting scammed with "wonder cleanses", etc.

Please advise me!

There are a lot of conflicting opinions.. I would suggest listening to your body and doing all of the above. Cleaning the colon is essential. Some will say just raw food is enough, and I don't know if that is true or not. I do know though that it will take MUCH longer than if you just get a whole lot of it out in just one cleanse. Colonics are great when just starting raw to flush a lot of the old debris out and significantly decrease detox symptoms. I would watch out for wonder cleanses... Arise and Shine, or Ejuva are the only ones I know of that are credible. I personally know people who have done both with extraordinary results!
