This is a recipe of mine that was inspired by California Rolls, but really doesn't have all that much to do with sushi other than that... :D
1 cucumber
2 avocados
1 carrot or 10 baby carrots
1 red bell pepper
handful of bean sprouts
Namu shoyu
Wasabi
Dice veggies and mix together in a bowl. Mix namu shoyu and wasabi together and pour over the veggies as a dressing. Toss to coat. Makes 2 servings.
I use wasabi paste for this (I doubt it's raw, but I don't know), but I think that freshly-grated wasabi root could be used too, if you have access to it. :)
