Hi,
I am new to this forum and am working toward starting 100% raw with my husband and 3 year old daughter. We are organizing ourselves and getting our plan down. We have tried raw a couple times but we were not prepared for it and did not have all the equipment we needed. My daughter is a very picky eater and this is going to be a challenge. But she loves fruit and smoothies and is now liking guac, so I hope that is a good starting base for her. I plan on making the desserts to sneak in some nuts. The challenge for her is veggies. I plan on being firm with her to at least try what I make. Even when we were eating the SAD diet she would try things. Her diet consisted of rice & beans, butter pasta and cheese, besides the fruit and smoothies. Not at all healthy. But we hope to start the 30 day challenge Monday. Oh and I am going to start the 100% raw while pregnant. If I listened to what all the Medical Doctors say I would have to wait to start raw for at least 2 years. Because they don't want you losing to much fat while pregnant or breastfeeding. But which is worse losing some weight a little quicker then what they think or killing my body and under nuritioning (sp?) my child. I just can't wait.
Ps. I have an extremely dumb question. But I can't seem to find where people are journaling. I found their photo journals but I can't find the written. I love reading peoples experiences and hopefully learn from them. :p
