Hello everyone. I am new to your site. I decided to start juicing 2x daily for better health and energy. I was searching the web for juicing tips and support when I found your site. Going raw is a big step and scary for me. I have juiced and ate all vegies and fruit in the past but never committed to all raw only. I have read alot of posts and see alot of support for other members. I hope I can get the support I need as well.
One would think that with all my medical studies I would have made this transition a long time ago but I guess it is better late than never.
Looking forward to chatting with you all.

Hi there! I'm not too far from you. I grew up in Riverside and now live in Banning.
Good luck with your journey.

Welcome!!! I graduated from Eisenhower High, so I know (well, I KNEW) Rialto well. That was quite a long time ago and things have changed.
Juicing is such a great way to be introduced to raw. You must be feeling some real changes in your body and spirit with the juices. I know it seems scary at first to consider going raw, but, believe me, it can be easy and simple. I used Alissa's method myself ... and ended up being a certified teacher for her. This is such a wonderful way to succeed with little effort, really.
I'm so excited that more and more interest is growing in the Inland Empire. I've had students drive in to Long Beach for classes from Riverside, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, so I know there are other raw folk out there.
Actually, I'm finalizing the plans to teach a course out there before the summer is out. Let me know if you're interested. It's a great way to learn everything you need to get started!!
Welcome again! You've chosen a fantastic transforming path!

Hello wizz4ve. I live in the Chino Hills area. I'm a newbie as well. (Today is my 12th day raw.) It took me a while to commit to becoming raw too, but with some determination I've managed to complete twelve days so far, and that's saying something- for me, at least.lol
I wish you all the best, and I hope you get all the support you need.
