Sometimes when we are upset or down or not feeling our best, we find it easy to find fault with others, or their beliefs.

In fact it's really easy to find fault with anything if we truly look hard enough.

I've noticed that there are some people who find fault constantly, and that makes me wonder.

I wonder for what purpose?

Do, they REALLY wish to help and support people, by finding the one or two small challenges in eating raw, or the raw diet or lifestyle or the appliance or the internet search or the raw prepared foods?

Or do they just want to look important? to look like they have knowledge? to look like they have information to help?

Hummm, good questions.

When someone asks a question, I love to answer with my opinions, my experience and my ideas on how to help, how to support their choices even if they aren't mine, or how to find what they are looking for.

Not everyone is this helpful. Some people just complain and argue and cause drama.

So, if you, as I have, ever felt like you were slighted, or mis-understood, or dismissed, or diss'd, or not heard, or whatever, please don't take it personally.

Some people are more helpful than others, and some truly wish to just cause drama.

But MOST people on this forum are truly helpful, friendly, kind, loving and caring individuals and wish to help you succeed at eating 100% raw, 100% of the time.

So, keep on keeping on, asking questions, writing on the forum, giving your great opinions and advice, and having fun.

This forum is meant for each and every one of us who truly wishes to eat and stay raw, 100% or not, it's okay, we are all progressing in our process perfectly.

RP, thank you so much (as usual!) for your wisdom and kind words. You are so right.

We are all doing the best we can under whatever our individual circumstances are. Let's be kind to each other. You're right, most people here are -- this is the most supportive forum I've found, it really keeps me on the raw path ... it is comforting to know that I'm not the only one who slips up ... you're right, it is perfect and we are all where we are supposed to be.

Let's enjoy the journey! I know I am!! My life continues to change in wonderful ways the more I eat raw. I really think it is the Spirit within me loving all the good nutrition -- and still understanding and loving me anyway when I eat something I really shouldn't.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

People who find fault are either Virgos (I kid somewhat but it's a typical trait) or have low self esteem. They feel that by knocking someone down a peg or two they can feel better about themselves. I don't really understand this myself because this sort of behavior would make me feel bad. And I don't like to do things that make me feel bad.

So true RP, and I enjoy reading what you have to say. I have noticed (not here but life in general) that there are ppl who MUST complain about something. And they may not even be aware of how negative they are.

RP, you are so wise and inspiring with your words. I know exactly what you mean because before raw I was one of those people. Bad energy had been growing inside of me from a very young age. I was unhappy, negative and my life was very chaotic. Raw is a healing miracle! The neagative bad attitude and everything else is gone. I see the world thru new eyes and I am very grateful. I now see the beauty in everyone and everything. Thank you to Alissa and Elaine for helping me find my place in this life!
