Wheat grass, spirulina, and green drinks: question: How do they get in powder form and still have their nutrients? I thought when fruits and veggies are cut up they immediately begin to lose their nutritional value???

They lose some nutrients in processing I'm sure. For instance, fresh wheatgrass juice is better than frozen or powdered, which have only 50% of the nutrients of the fresh grass juice. But these things are better than nothing. As far as algae, I like E3Live, which is fresh frozen algae. Freezing the algae does not destroy its nutritional value because in their natural environmnet, algaes regularly freeze. Green drinks should be made fresh, but if you have no other choice, green powders are better than nothing. Optimally, have your green drink with a superfood powder like Nature's First Food (Vitamineral Green) or Pure Synergy mixed in.
