I like my brakes too much! LOL

I'm too intimidated by the Velodrome out here...too steep for me...I'll race on the road...with my brakes ;)

I wonder though...If one races on the track...different nutritional needs from us road racers, huh?

yeah, i have a track bike i ride it in the city. (baltimore) as for nutrition i just make sure to drink plenty of water and eat tons of fruit.
