You can peel and cut some of them up, freeze and use in smoothies or ice cream/sorbet; if you have a dehydrator, make dried "mango cheeks" or puree and make mango fruit leather.

wish i had a dehydrator, i tried using my oven with the door open it gets to hot
i tried to make bannana chips
i most likly will end up frezing them after a few days
thanks
They do freeze beautifully. And they make a great sorbet. Perhaps you could be really self-indulgent and and use a bit of one for a facial. Absolutely lovely way to dissolve dead skin -- kind of like a commercial fruit-peel but much more nourishing and gentle. Smells better too!

I'd just sit down naked in the tub and eat them, and let them drip all over me. LOL
then I'd do it again, and again and again, the delicious mango has replaced my pineapple fettish just yesterday, I can't get enough of them, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmannnnnnnngggggggo
I agree to freeze them and use them in smoothies, mango salsa, mango pie, mango sorbet, anything mango mmmmmmmm

I sliced up a mango yesterday at work for my dinner. Of course everyone wanted to try it. It surprises me how many people have never had a mango! I had to remind them that it was my dinner and I had to be stingy with sharing. After slicing it up, there was still all that ripe fruit on the pit that one really has to suck and chew off... :D , so I saved my pit for my ride home!!!

Ahhhhh - now that's my idea of heaven - a mango bath!!

Mango does freeze beautifully, esp if you squeeze some lemon or lime juice on the chunks and toss a bit. Then it makes great sorbet straight out of the freezer and into the blender or processor!

I like rawpriestess' idea. Mangoes are great when used as a mask over the face and neck. Those enzymes seem to really dig down deep into my pores and do some heavy duty cleaning.
