Yum Yum chocolate ice cream!

I just made this today, and it is awsome!

Recipe:

2 frozen banana's
2 heaping tablespoons carob
A little vanilla
A pinch of salt
A few chopped almonds

Blend it up in a food proccesser!

For the topping:

Rasins
Carob

Bland in a food proccesser until crumbly, if it doesn't cruble enough then add more carob.

Put ice cream in a bowl and top it with that, and it is so GOOD!

MMM startootsie, quite simple and sounds SO yummy!
I was thinking of making a banana ice cream with carob. I just haven't made banana ice cream in such a long time because for some reason I tend to just eat the banana plain. BUT you have inspired some banana ice cream from me :) lol, In fact I think I'll go put some bananas in the freezer now :) and I don't have raisins so I'm thinking of mixing some carob with agave and stirring it into the ice cream like a carob swirl type thing.

Good idea on the agave and carob! I tried that before, and yum it is so good! If the ice cream is cold enough it even kinda get's more carmely and hard! So good!

I also had another idea for some kind of chocolate mold, take some coconut oil/butter and some carob and maybe a little agave and pour it over the ice cream, put it back in the freezer for a minute or two and then munch it up! I wanna try that!
