Hello all,
I have been lurking for about 2 months now and have learned so much from everyone. I have been mostly raw (with a few slip-ups :o ) since about April 24 and have been having fun with it and feeling so much healthier! I've noticed that when I slip up I get really irritable and uncomfortable so I've renewed my determination.

Have a great day!

~Sharon

Not to sound creepy, but yay, finally someone near me and extremely close! Where in NOVA are you? I'm in No VA also :)

Oh and welcome. Congradulations on making that move to better health

Cool, I have no idea how far that is from me lol. I'm on the Manassas/Woodbridge line in Prince William county.

Yup and it's kinda creepy our last names are the same except I have an extra "s" in mine lol. I'm assuming that's your last name at least!

I also live on the edge of Woodbridge & Manassas just off the Parkway. I just found this forum and am trying to figure out how to get started on a raw food diet to help with my fight against cancer. (second time now and I am only 40)
I am hoping I can find some other folks to start a support group and get some practical tips on how to get started and keep costs down. Thanks! :)

Wow, that's exciting (the fact you live right near me). I emailed you!

dreamrawalwz, maybe we are distant cousins :-). If so, you are my only raw cousin!

aem22192, I emailed you as well. I am in agreement, and would love to start a local support group with all of you!

Have a wonderful day! :)
