I've been making peppermint herb tea in the mornings to replace my green tea, but this morning I'm noticing that it tastes stronger and the taste isn't going away. Same thing when I brush my teeth. It's not really very pleasant. Is this normal with a raw diet, that you taste things more intensely? Is that because I've reached a new level of detox, maybe?
