Allentown, PA Level 1 and 2 Certification Classes

Hello everyone,

I have had a great response so far for the Level 1 & 2 classes in Wilkes-Barre and have decided to have classes in Allentown, PA also. This Level 1 & 2 weekend will be held on July 7th, 8th, and 9th.

This 3 day workshop is geared towards those who want to approach eating raw and living food head on for personal or career objectives.

There are no prerequisites for the Level 1 class. You will learn how to prepare raw and living foods with the simplicity that Alissa Cohen has become renowned for. Classes begin Friday evening and end early Sunday afternoon. All organic meals for this weekend are provided.

oh man, i LOVE arnold's way!!!!!!! i just went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago! the food is awesome and the people are so nice! we ordered "kyle's smile", the chilli, and a fruit whip!! good stuff!!! i gotta try the pizza next time, i hear it's great! it was so refreshing to walk in there and know that i can eat anything on the menu! :D

Kyle never ate vegetables because he hated them. When Arnold made him that dish, he took one bite and just SMILED! :) I love going to Arnold's website and reading his stories.
