When eating raw and cravings pop up, how do you know if it is because of something lacking in your diet or emotional cravings. Or maybe just because raw is different and you reaching for the familiar? I have read other post somewhere (can't find them at the moment) that say what to eat when you are craving a particular food. Is there that kind of thing for emotional eating?
I think I will be taking the Level I class in a few weeks. Will these kind of things be answered?

I think you have to ask yourself why you are wanting to eat a certain food. Are you hungry? What emotions are you trying to acheive or numb yourself to by eating a certain food? Does that particular food bring back happy memories or do you associate it with love/your parents/something good? These are key questions in finding out if you are engaging in emotional eating or if you are really missing some sort of nutrient in your diet. If you discover you are missing some nutrient, research which raw foods or superfoods or supplements you could take to fix the deficiency.
