are melon seeds edible???

i bought some organic melons. honeydew and cantaloupe.

can i eat the seeds? is there any nutrition in the seeds?

You know, one my favorite things in the world of eating is to sip slowly, in a beautiful tall chilled glass, cantalope and it's seeds blend in a Whole Foods Machine bender thingamagigy. I get heady just thinking about it. Too many seeds will overpower it, but the right amount blended in creates this creamy musky flavor that is wonderful on the palate.
Need a powerful blender though cause you don't want grit...but cream

I've heard you can make a seed milk out of them.
