Hi! I am from Houston and now on my way to a rawonderful lifestyle. I am excited and very ready for this positive change. I will be taking the 30 day challenge, as well as a 30 day challenge to keep moving. Daily exercise. I received my book and have already selected recipes that I am going to try. I am so grateful for this site and all the support.
