Congrats, I am so jealous, LOL! Keep us posted throughout your pregnancy. I hope to have a raw pregnancy soon myself. Maybe it will be contagious. Please share your pregnancy germs with me, LOL! Oh, yeah, congrats, I am soooo excited for you. I have only had SAD pregnancies and they were unsuccessful, so I am hoping to soon have a successful raw pregnany. SAD wasn't working so I figured it was time for changes, LOL. (Hugs)
JMD,
Congratulations!
Can I ask what you are fearing right now?
After ten years of being together, my husband and I unexpectedly became pregnant, and although our daughter is AMAZING (I couldn't imagine not having her in our lives), becoming a mother was an experience that took me alot of getting used to in several ways.

To be honest--since this is my first (i am 34) i am very conscious right now of miscarriage %'s so high....and i am still in that possibilty so i am feeling some fear there that i cannot seem to shake. (I am 5 weeks:) we were also not planning this but not NOT planning either. We are so so excited but I will feel somewhat better in 6 -7 weeks:)
Thanks for asking...

Yes JMD I know the fear. I think you will fill better about it once you reach 12 weeks. Enjoy every moment of the process and do your best to stay stress free.
Jen,
Sorry- I just read your other post.
Regarding both miscarriages and overeating, etc.-- I tend to believe that over thinking and worrying about a problem causes more harm than going with and trusting your intuition (I know, much, MUCH easier said than done.) Try not to feel guilty about eating what you crave and as much as you like- you have a great excuse to do so! And as you said in so many words, the "larger matters" aren't necessarily in our hands- what is going to happen is going to happen...with reason.
Enjoy the next few months!!!

Thanks lay lay I appreciate your support. I just keep wondering if there is something I should "do" besides eating 100% raw like i have been and praying for peace and calm abd acceptance.
I am soory for your processes in the past too.

In the past year I have taken up deep breathing and mediatation. I used to always be a worry wart and was always stressed out. This has really helped me be at peace and remain calm inside and out. My friends and family have really noticed the difference. I just take 15 to 30 minutes a day and do my relaxation meditation and WOW!
Maybe you could incorporate this if its something you think could calm your fears.
I actually do that daily--but it sometimes turns into nap time:) Maybe since i am awake late i can do that tonight. Thanks again.

LOL, yeah sometimes it can be too relaxing.
I try my best to do it twice a day, once in the morning and then in the evening, if I have the time.
Thanks for your comment earlier by the way. :o (hugs)
Lay Lay your meditation idea reminded me to get OUT of myself and pray for others..so i will send you good thoguht for all your dreams to come true. I have been alone for MUCH of today and find that is not good b/c my head gets rolling too much...LOL
Blessings to you always,
JMD
