Hello everyone. I go in cycles...and crave certain things for a while and then I no longer want them. I am just curious...I have been craving melons like crazy...what have you all been craving? (Mostly honeydew and watermelon!) :D And do you usually crave fruits...or veggies more? It's always fruit with me! Raw (((HUGS)))

Fruit for me until recently. I've been craving tomatoes, oranges, and carrots lately. If I don't have my greens one day I crave them SOOO bad the next day though. Who ever thought that I would crave greens lol.

I crave green juice all the time. I often crave certain types of sprouts like sunflower or pea green or clover or onion sprouts. I crave both fruits and veggies. One time I craved olives, one time it was zucchini, one time cucumber, one time durian (or actually, a lot of times on that one). One of the most recent has been jackfruit. Oh and figs too. And olives. Those are my most recent. Right now I'm finishing up a 7 day juice fast, and I'm really looking forward to sunflower sprouts when I'm done.

Coconuts.
I was dreaming about them, so lucky me I was able to score some from my buddy who has trees but doesn't want the coconuts.
It was getting pretty intense, BTW, wanting those coconuts.
And watermelon last week, so I got one of those and do a big huge amount every day to satisfy that craving.
Hey, just listening to my body!

I wish I craved healthy stuff like that!! I ate a LOT of pineapple when I first started raw. It was soooo good. Now the stores' supplies are drying up, and the ones that are left are kinda gross. :( They were really huge and really sweet...now they're kind of dull looking and some are bitter/sour.  By the way, a whole fresh pineapple in less than 15 hours will clean you out like Drano for people! :D

Hemm I am gonna test your pineapple experience on myself. Do you really eat the whole thing in like a day?
Thank You

Thanks you guys. :D That was fun! I didn't know that about pineapple. You eat an entire pineapple...in one sitting? Just curious... :p I'm up for anything that is cleansing...and I just bought a pineapple. (btw...I know what you mean about getting a bad one after having a good one...what a bummer. ) But could you fill me in on the pineapple's cleansing affect. Thanks so much!

I went thru a Kale in everything cycle, now I have had no Kale for two weeks.
I am in a cucumber, avo, tomato and apple and grapefruit and STRAWBERRIES cycle now.

Right now it's coconut in a bad, bad way. I'm always craving young coconut. LOVE the stuff! I've been going for lots of watermelon and kalamata olives lately too.

I love olives... I crave them all of the time.
I crave fruit sometimes, like bananas or peaches... or mangoes.. but if I eat too much fruit, then I crave something more salty...
Lately, I have been craving the crepes that I make because they are so good. But they are also sweet, so then I need something not-so-sweet. I like crunchy, like marinated veggies that aren't too soft...
I crave avocados and tomatoes just about daily too :D

I've been craving lots of green vegetables! I have a garden so I'm out there eery morning picking my meals for work. I usually bring in fresh kale, collards, and snap peas.
I've also been craving melons. :)
