When making a smoothie is a receipe calls for kiwi do you just add the kiwi in whole or peel it?

I personally would peel it first. The skins are pretty tough. I don't think it would add any flavour to the recipe, and it might make it too thick...

I leave my peeling on and put it in the vitamix whole. No evidence of the peeling at all and I get to use the whole thing so nothing is wasted. Yeah!

I think I would peel it first. Fuzzy brown kiwi peel doesn't sound too appetizing to me. LOL

I don't peel it, you don't notice if you blend it. Even when eating whole you can leave the peel on. It's just your preference. :)

That's cool. I'm going to leave the peel on next time. Isn't the vitamix great for this?? I guess it was just the thought of that fuzzy peel in there.... LOL
