Ive been making these awesome morning smoothies. Here are some below.
Gingalope smoothie
1. The gingalope smoothie. its simple. just take a cantaloupe peel and de-seed.
2. Cut into pieces, about 1"-2". cut a small piece of fresh ginger root, about 1" by 1" add these into a blender or food processor and blend.
I only have a blender, so you have to cut the cantaloupe into the small pieces and add to the blender slowly. ive found if you put all of the cantaloupe in the blender at once it will not blend the top 2/3 of your mixture. enjoy
energizing smoothie.
1/2 Cup Filtered Water
1/4 of a Whole Pineapple, peeled and cut into pieces
10 Strawberries
1 Mango, peeled and cut into pieces
1 Banana
3 Ice Cubes
Process in a blender until creamy.
Vegnog
almonds
dates
nutmeg
water
Mix to your taste.
