Well this afternoon I got on my treadmill for 40 mins. I want to build up to an hour in time, but I don't want to ruch it like I did last time and then Hurt my knee. IN about a month I will go for more time. Buy July I will have fresh veggies in my gardens. So this summer should be a good one for dropping weight. My blood sugar Has come down so much. Maybe in 3 months I will have it back to Normal instead of border line. Anyway thanks for the warm welcome back Doug in Calif....... :) ;)

How nice to hear from you, Doug! I read your journal- You've lost almost 40 pounds, quit smoking, and have been exercising! That's really terrific... You have much to be proud of ! :)

Well I was so happy to see all your support. All the kind words from you all really made me fell pretty good. Oh I forgot to tell you all that I also gave up coffee too. I used non dairy creamer in it and that just had to go. I found a nice no Caffine Tea that I really like and I am really happy with that. I will be jumping for joy when I can say I am 399 and going down. I am going to try to loose 30 lbs more by fall then go get my blood tested by my doctor. He will flip out when he sees me much lighter then before. And my blood work I know will be much better then it was back then when he last saw me. Anyway you all have a wonderful week. Doug in Calif :) ;)

I just got done with the treadmill. It felt easy tonight, and the time went very fast. I worked my way up to 2.7 mph this time. Soon I will get up to 3 mph, that is a pretty good pace. I did 30 mins and did like 8 to 9 mins at a go without a water break. Pretty good. I sure feel very good, now that it is done. full of energy at 12:22 am tue morning. I go to sleep at 5 am. Hoping for a weighloss in the morning. Doug in Calif..... :) :D

Good to see you incorporating exercise along with eating raw. You'll progress all that much faster!!!! It will be real neat to not only see how much weight you lose in 30 days, but all the other health benefits you notice. Looking forward to reading your journal area and to see all the great health benefits you have notice (hopefully detox won't over power all the great things that are happening in your body, but at least you know that detox is good, just not pleasant.).
you should change your name to DOUG-"LESS".
MANYYYYYYYY cheers to you --you are so inspirational!!!
