Hello!
My DH has made a commitment to stay all raw until suppertime and then eat what he wants. This is huge for him!
I am looking for some dessert recipes to make for him. Here is the problem: he doesn't like cocconut and he does not care for dates.
If anyone has a great recipe for a dessert that does not call for dates or cocconut could you please pass it along?
You can post it here, or email me at

Thanks so much!

I just came up with a recipe today! They are called "Carob creme bites", They are very good! Everybody who tried them so far wanted more, even my brother who eats cooked food and only eat's what tastes good wanted more!
Here is the recipe:
Soaked cashews
Soaked walnuts
Squeeze lemon juice
Agave
Carob
Soaked rasins
I don't have exact measurements, sorry!
Blend in the food proccesser until smooth, if it's to runny add more carob.
Add some walnut peices for crunches if you like! Form into small round balls then put in dehydrater and flaten a bit, dehydrate until the outside is kinda crisp and the middle is fudgy!
They are really good!
There is a picture I posted on the journaling log (I was trying to post it here).
I hope it helps!

What do DH and dh stand for? I've noticed everyone uses them in reference to their husbands and sons and I can't figure it out.
