Cooking food for those members in your household who are not RAW can be a challenge. I found it difficult in the beginning so started looking for solutions to my problem on the net. I found these websites on freezer cooking. It seemed to be the answer that I was looking for. Cook in one or two days and freeze the food to last a month. I cook up lots of hamburger and bag the cooked hamburger into individual bags for quick meal preps. Sometimes I will add taco season to some bags depending on what I might use it for. When I fix Lasagna I make a triple batch and freeze the rest in single serving sizes. The last meal I made was Chili. I made a huge pot and put it in the Glad disposable containers. He has 12 meals of Chili frozen. Then I made burritos. The list is what every you like to eat. This is all so my husband can get a home cooked meal and I don't have to cook every meal, every day. It is a lot of work but in the end it is well worth it to me. These are just some of the web sites that I have found.
