Hi raw folks,

I am going to buy the food process that I saw in Alissa's DVD, that I can use to blend nuts, wheat berries into paste like Alissa does. Also I hope it can blend veg into smoothies. But when I went to the shop, I saw so many food process, but all are for chop vegetables and complex too.

Could someone have experience on food processer?

1) how much watt of power?
2) which brand? (if someone live in Western Europe, I might find the same brand)

Thanks for sharing,
with peace and love

I love my Cuisinart, although I wish I got 11 cups, not 7 cups, because I use it for making saurkraut, and I need to empty it many times for my big crock. I don't know though if it has dry grind attachments. Usually it is blender that does it, not the food pracessor. Cusinart makes very powerful blenders too - with 5000 wats, I am not sure how much is Vitamix, but Tribest personal blender has just 200.

I have a cuisanart 11 cups and can't imagine life without it. Mine has dry grind attachements. I bought mine at Lowes a few of years back so I could charge it on my Lowes card. I use it everyday usually, sometimes two or 3 times. The blades are still super charge and have never had a single issue or complaint with the machine.

Yes I also have a cuisanart 11 cup and love it is a understatement. I use mine almost everyday and it works as good as the day I bought it. Yes Home Depot and Lowes usually carry them.
