Anyone know Alissa Cohen's exercise regime?

Out of interest, does anyone know Alissa Cohen's typical daily exercise regime - how much exerise a day and the type of exercise she does.? I know she comes on here so I'm hoping she might of said something about it.

I think I remember from her book that she works out a few hours a day, but I don't recall what specifically.
