Raw or Raw-friendly restaurants Seattle, Portland or anywhere in between?

My husband wants to take me to a raw restaurant in a couple of weeks for my birthday. Any suggestions? We live about midway between Seattle & Portland, south of Olympia. Also, my family is getting together in a week or two in the Tacoma area. Does anyone know any place in the area that would satisfy SAD eaters and give me some options? Thanks!!

You should try Chaco Canyon it is in the University district dt Seattle. Excellent raw food and I do believe they have some cooked vegan food as well. Just google Chaco Canyon because they do have a website with a menu.

Thanks! I checked out their website, it looks pretty good. They have a smoothie with banana, apple and basil. Sounds weird, but I think I might have to try that. :D
