I love Alissa's book. It is so full of information! It was so much bigger than what I expected! Worth every cent! In fact I think it is underpriced! I didn't expect to get as much as I did in her book. The recipes are great and the pictures are unbelievable! I got it as a birthday present and it is the only raw book I go back to over and over again.

I have 5 books. Alissa's is the best.

The Raw Detox diet is my second but Alissa rawks cuz she is 100% raw, other books say a few cooked is ok from time to time.

Since I received Alissa's book I am reading in it constantly, whether it's the testimonials, the recipes, the tipps - I am just having it with me almost all the time. This book is like a workout, heavy as it is :)

Honestly, this book is great value and just excellent for anyone who wants to start out raw - I have a couple of other books, but hers is the best. Thanks Alissa!!!

I also love watching the DVD with her, it is so incredibly inspirational!

As for Alyssa's book--it's just plain wonderful. I was expecting an ordinary book but what a surprise when I got mine, it was so informative and different from any other books on raw. My 17 yr old picked up it and was inspired by it too. It's a book well worth buying.

Maybe the thread was deleted? I cannot find it anymore.

Basically somebody accused Alissa of cashing her check but not delivering the book and DVDs and also of her staff being impolite and terrible on the phone.

It stirred up quite a discussion and this thread here also was a reaction on this.

I think this book is one of the best buys I ever made!

:D I just have to say that her book is GREAT!!!!!!!!!
It has been a blessing to us and has turned our lives around. Not just healthwise but mentally, i can't say enough good things about her and her friends and her book.
