Raw recipes without Vitamin A?

Hi! I am looking for some good recipes without vitamin A in them? That's pretty hard cause a lot of fruits and veggies have it. :( Any idea's?

Good question you know! You might think a person is crazy going around asking weird questions without explaining the reasons! :D Sorry for the loss of details! I am staying away from it because (I don't know if you read my other posts) I was taking way to much Spirulina and eating a lot of carrots and foods and Blue green algea and I overdosed on it. I know there has been a lot of people saying you can't overdose if it is from a food source but I feel I did because I had all the symptoms, orange/yellow skin very mych so on my hands and feet, head aches, hand hair falling out. So that is the reason! I miss salads though!
