Trying to understand soaking nuts

I am having some confusion about soaking nuts. If anyone could direct me to a link to help answer my quetions I would appreciate it!

Why soak nuts? Do you soak all nuts no matter what or just certain nuts? Are there nuts that one does not soak at all? After soaking nuts must you dehydrate them before you use them or can you use the right away? How long do you soak nuts? etc, etc...

Soaking them removes the enzyme inhibitors. All nuts and seeds should be soaked except hemp seeds, which have no enzyme inhibitors. No enzyme inhibitors = easier to digest and healthier.
