Hi,
Ok, I'm new to this all and want to right away try the BBQ Chicken Fingers, from Alissa Cohen's book which I recieved this morning in the post and it is EXCELLENT!! So many wonderful recipes!
Ok, so the BBQ Chicken Fingers is a dehydrated meal... I have never made a meal with a dehydrator before but that isn't a problem... I'm just wondering after I have prepared and dehydrated the meal to make the BBQ Chicken, how long will it last before it goes bad? Can it last a day..2 days? 4 days? If yes, is it stored in the fridge or the freezer? Does it very how long something can last with the ingredients in it? The burgers sausages and chicken fingers I can see being made every week with varius other dehydrated meals so I'd rather do a batch of making 3 or 4 meals in one evening rather then preparing/dehydrating every evening.
Any help, ansers, hints, tips , advice would be great!
