ALISSA COHEN KEEPS TRYING TO BAN ME FROM THIS GROUP SO I CAN'T POST AND LET PEOPLE KNOW THE REAL ALISS COHEN. SHE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR!!
I orderd a book/DVD combo from Alissa Cohen on May 1, 2006. I have not receive my merchandise yet. I called the number at the bottom of Alissa Cohens website and a very rude person by the name of Carmel answered the telephone. She told me "TOO BAD, AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR STUFF IF THE POST OFFICE DID NOT DELIVER THEM". I asked to speak to Alissa Cohen and Carmel said to me "YOU WILL NEVER SPEAK TO ALISSA BECAUSE SHE IS NOT AT THIS ADDRESS AND THE TELEPHONE IS FORWARDED TO MY (CARMEL) HOME". I also left my telephone number with Carmel numerous times within the last week with a message for Alissa to call me about this problem and I have not received a phone call back yet.
I emailed Alissa Cohen multiple times and have not received an email back. It does not take over 30 days to have something delivered within the United States. It takes only 3 days to have a package delivered. I am filing a lawsuit in small claims court for the maximum because of the horrible way I was treated by this person "Carmel" who answers Alissa Cohen's telephone and because I never received my products from Alissa Cohen but according to my bank, Alissa cashed my check. She has not delivered my products and I am suing in small claims court for up to the maximum for 5,000.00 unless she makes this transaction good within 5 working days. 30 days is long enough to get a book and DVD to another state within the United States. After that time has elapsed, then I will file lawsuit papers for the maximum.
In addition to my book being delivered, I would also like an apology from Carmel for the way she spoke to me on the telephone and for her hanging up on me.
This book/DVD was suppose to be a birthday gift for my teenage daughter and Alissa Cohen never delivered it. My teenage daughter never received her book/DVD and her birthday is passed. She waits for the mailman every day to see if the book/DVD has been delivered yet. She is disappointed every day because of Alissa Cohen and I am sueing her. I want my money refuned or I want the book/DVD which I paid for and was promised.
I have to bring this to the attention to the forum because Alissa Cohen will not accept telephone calls. Carmel will not let me speak to Alissa about this and my emails are going unanswered. Therefore this forum post is a legally binding announcement to let Alissa know that I am upset with this transaction and what my plans are. Thank you for your time.

I am a paralegal and I am very familiar with the court systems and how they operate. I will include your name in my lawsuit against Alissa Cohen at no charge to you. Thank you and have a nice day.
