Green leafy veggies, walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts and I think mushrooms.

I believe almonds are pretty high in magnesium.

CACAO! huge amounts (I know someone else already stated this, but I just had to repeat it).

I supplement with cacoa twice a day to increase my magnesium.

Pumpkin seeds: 1 ounce hulled (142 seeds) = 156 mg magnesium.

Just for your edification, there's a neat website where you can put in the specific nutrient you want more information on, and pick what category of foods you want to search, like veggies, or nuts, or fruits for example, and it will give you a list in order of most nutrient per food.
