Hi everyone , I'm wondering if any of you would share some of the positive effects being 100% is having on your health/life . I could do with hearing some to give me a boost. As for me I'm on day 24 at 100% and so far the lightness in my body from the absence of cooked food and the fact that I'm not knackered by the time my children are asleep are the main things I'm notiicing so far - I'm a success story junkie they help to keep me inspired ,I've exhausted shazzie's site , Alissa's, Rhio's and many others , c'mon feed my habit LOL , Love to all alibobraw x :D

I'm feeling fantastic. Each day is better than the day before, as hokey as that sounds, it's true!

If you go to www.fromsadtoraw.com there are a lot of other sites listed.
I feel so good all raw. More energy, lighter, happier. My skin is better. My insides work well (if you know what I mean lol). My nerves are getting better by the day.

Welcome! I would say that your best bet is to read the journal section. You can read mine by just clicking the link in my signature on this post. You will get a lot of inspiration from reading peoples personal journey.

In terms of how I feel raw? Clean, non-toxic and full of energy for life...! Sounds good to me!

Cassy. :) :) :)

Hi !!!!!
I'm new here and so happy to be part of this fantastic, supportive group.
I'm 100% and definitely feeling better, I breath well, I'm lighter, don't have nausea and dhiarrea (sorry) everyday, the only problem is my breath, it's terribly, strongly acidic-almond flavoury.....and sometimes I really don't know what to eat.

alibobraw - I have been raw for at least 3 months now. My positive changes? I can stay up past my children's bed times now. I also lost one size in my pants! I feel great, and look forward to eating raw!

Thanks everyone , I think it will be good to read the journals , I am completely fascinated by what happens to different people when they go raw , from sad to raw is a great site flutterfly I recognised your picture from there ,it's good to hear of so many people feeling so good on raw , I'm trying not to stress about what I'm eating at the moment and just concentrate on staying raw , love and peace to all , Alison :) x
