Since I got over my horrible eating disorders and learned to love food and allow it to nourish my body I have noticed that we all put energy into whatever we eat or prepare by simply touching it, cutting it, washing it etc. and when that energy is positive it makes the meal all the more nourishing. There are already natural energies in all of our fruits and vegetables and nuts and grains but the second you pick it up it begins to absorb your energies, and I notice that when I consciously put positive energy into it, the food always tastes and feels better in my body. Just a little lightbulb moment I had a while backt hat I thought I would share.

That's awesome, raw food teaches you things for sure, and that discovery is awesome!! I too discovered this a while ago eating oranges.
I bought some oranges and they were all dry and all of them were horrible, but the last few from the same batch in my fruit bowl were blessed by me and they became reallly juicy and tastey. It was so weird. Some people would say it was just a coincidence, but I'm not convinced.
I do it with all my fruit now!!!

Awesome, I totally believe you, I've experienced the same thing. I also bless my water.

Yeah structuring your own water is awesome, especially if you have to drink tap water.
What's your method?
I personally use Reiki, and a purple plate.

I just speak positive words to it right before or as I'm drinking it and sometimes I set it in the sun for a little bit. I read this great article a while back on how water crystals respond to all kinds of input, especially sound, and scientists have found that water crystals that have been prayed over/blessed with positive energy have a beautiful, clean and complex structure, whereas, polluted water crystals or water crystals that have had negative words spoken over them, were malformed and ugly and dirty. Water is a substance that is highly sensitive to emotions. Sometimes I just take a pen and right 'love' 'beauty' 'vitality' on the labels of my bottled waters. I even sing to my water sometimes. I must look like a nut but it works!

Here's a site (http://www.wellnessgoods.com/messages.asp) about the work of Masaru Emoto. There are remarkable pictures of water that has had positive thoughts, words, ideas, music attached to it and in contrast other water with negativity.

Since water comprises over 70% of our bodies, I belive we all should pay more attention to our thoughts.

Keeping it positive and light,
Julie
