Hello Everyone
I used to be 80-100% raw last year for about 3 months then I just fell off the wagon. Lately I've been feeling extremely exhausted and with plenty of sleep and I remember how I used to feel when I was eating increasingly raw. I have my books to read again and I know the basics, however any advice offered would be helpful. I remembered this website as a tool that supported me.

I am far from an seasoned veteran. I am literally at the beginning of this journey and cannot attest to 100% yet. I say that it is important to remember to
1) love yourself - you accept you for who you are and know that you are enough to do anything you want to do...It sounds like you have the tools you need already within you and that you will live raw
2) as you said, you already have the basics...you know what that means, it means you have knowledge and we all know that knowledge is power....I think you are going to be fine and I know you will keep learning more and more as you go along.
3) The only other thing I can offer is to just be accountable for what you do know. I guess what I mean is that you recognize things, patterns, or situations that might be temptations or negative influences. You know recognize the stuff that is likely to cause you to make the wrong choices and just plan ahead. Don't worry about deadlines and put too much pressure on yourself. Just go ahead and "be" Hope that makes sense
Leslieirene....
I think you are going to be just fine. I'm not as experienced as you in raw living but I know that with the knowledge, experience and the desire you have to accomplish this, that you will.

Don't set rules, stick to the basics, live raw. You'll be fine!

One meal at a time, one day at a time one week at a time....Before ya know it it will be old hat! If you've been here before it'll all come back to you now...just like riding a bike...and hey, if ya fall off just brush yourself off and get back on again :) ...I think this forum is the best because no matter what there are "others" to identify with!!! Good luck!
