Hi all,
I don't have a dehydrator yet to try this, so I thought I'd share with all of you incase someone wants to try them.
In the Fit for Life book, one of my favorite recipes was Cukatillas: spread mayo on a corn tortilla, insert strips of cucumber, add salt or Mrs. Dash, roll and eat. They were very delicious, easy, and light, yet filling.
Anyone have corn tortillas made up? Want to try this in a raw version? I don't know what would be a good substitute for mayo--maybe hummus, cream cheese spread? Other ideas?
