Hi,
I made chips using sliced sweet potatoes and Alissa's salad dressing (it's my fav and I've only tried one! LOL) as a marinade and a sprinkle of sea salt. Sliced the sp really thin with a mandoline, and then marinated for about 2-3 hours. Put on a teflex and sprinkled with salt, and dehydrated until they weren't drippy. Switched to mesh and finished dehydrating until crisp. They were delicious and tasted close to the sad version (just normal chips not vinegar), but not salty. I think I will use more salt next time.
